Set up your EMOM

EMOM stonelifting training

EMOM stands for "Every Minute On the Minute". This training method involves performing a specific exercise or set of exercises at the start of every minute for a predetermined number of minutes.

I created this timer tool specifically for people running EMOM sessions from my book Stonelifting Sessions, like EMOM loading, EMOM carries, and EMOM shouldering.

This timer includes a 10-second countdown before starting your first minute, giving you time to get into position. You'll hear a countdown and chime at the beginning of each minute to signal when to start your next set.

How to use

  1. Enter the number of minutes you want your EMOM to last
  2. Click "Start EMOM" to begin the 10-second countdown
  3. Get ready during the countdown
  4. When you hear the chime, perform your exercise
  5. Rest for the remainder of the minute
  6. Repeat until the timer is complete
