About these tools
I designed and built these tools to help stonelifters with their training.
The calculators help you determine the correct weights to use when training with weight-loadable pins and rings to simulate the Dinnie Stones and Nicol Walking Stones. They maintain the ratios of the original stones, meaning your training closely matches the real challenge.
All calculators work with any unit of measurement (kg, lb, etc.) as they use the same ratios regardless of the unit. Results are rounded to 2 decimal places for precision.
The EMOM timer helps you manage your Every Minute On the Minute training by allowing you to set your timer and have it count each minute and chime when it's the top of the minute.
These tools also complement the training sessions from my book Stonelifting Sessions, like the sessions designed to train for the Dinnie Stones, Nicol Walking Stones, and several EMOM sessions.
